A Poor Pelican Was Choking At Sea — Until A Man Realized Two Lives Were In Danger

Out on the water, a man suddenly noticed a pelican in terrible distress, flapping weakly and clearly running out of time. “He’s choking,” someone shouted, as the poor bird struggled with something stuck deep in his throat.

The boat moved closer, and the children watching grew anxious. “Hurry, save him,” they cried, seeing how exhausted the pelican had become.

The kind-hearted man reached out carefully, doing his best to help without causing more fear. “He’s trying to get it detached,” someone said nervously, while the pelican fought for every breath.
